摘要
协商民主与民主监督共同构成了中国特色政治制度的"双黄蛋"。协商与监督,具有中国特色民主政治的本质特征;协商民主有利于民主监督,"多商量"才会"少失误";多样的"协商"与多向的"监督",互通、互促才能相得益彰;协商民主突出"双向",把握民主监督主动权。善于把事前、事中、事后"协商"与"监督"始终置于法治与民主的轨道上运行,以"协商"的方式"监督",以"监督"为目的"协商",才能成为治党、执政、强军、理国、为民的过硬"两手",互为补充,互为促进,才能稳妥地保证我国在"共产党执政、多党派参政"的政党制度条件下,围绕"全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国、全面从严治党"这"四个全面",实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。
Consultative democracy and democratic supervision constitute the political system with Chinese characteristics. Consultation and supervision have the essential characteristics of democratic politics with Chinese characteristics;consultative democracy is in favor of democratic supervision,＂more consultation＂before＂little mistakes＂; variety consultation and supervision are mutually promoted by each other. Consultative democracy highlights＂two- way＂to grasp the initiative in democratic supervision. And ＂Consultation＂and ＂supervision＂is always in the running track rule of law and democracy,to ＂supervise＂by the way of ＂consultations＂and ＂consultation＂for the purpose of ＂supervision＂,in order to comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society,comprehensively deepen reform,comprehensively govern the nation according to law,comprehensively strictly govern the Party,and towards the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation.
