液压机械混合动力无级变速箱转速特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 设计了一种装载机液压机械无级变速箱,确定了各个零件的参数,并对液压系统的转速特性、行星排的转速特性以及液压机械复合传动系统的转速特性进行了理论分析。在建立的三维模型基础上,对其进行了运动学仿真,研究了变速箱的换段条件及其转速曲线并与理论值进行比较。结果证明:所设计的变速箱的结构合理,能满足传动比要求,也能完成预期的变速过程。 A hydraulic-machine continuous transmission of loader has been designed and the dimension parameters of each parts has been determined.This paper analyzed the speed characteristics of hydraulic system,the speed characteristics of planetary and the speed characteristics of hydraulic-machine system.On basis of the 3D model,the kinematics simulation of the transmission was done and its shifting conditions and speed characteristic curve were studied and compared with the theoretical values.The results prove that the structure of this transmission is reasonable and can meet the transmission ratio and expected speed requirements.
