企业与高职院校视域下学生通用职业能力的差距

Difference of Students Professional Common Quality under the Views of Enterprises and Colleges

以河北省大、中、小微型企业及高等职业院校的师生为调研对象,以企业需求作为切入点,针对高职毕业生在职业发展中应具备的综合素质和通用职业能力,从企业、高职院校教师、高职学生三方面展开调研,深入了解企业对高职院校毕业生的需求和评价以及高职院校师生对企业需要的理解和认识。结果表明：企业、高职教师、高职学生对于职业素养认识和对职业能力的衡量标准存在较为显著的差异。

Enterprises of large,middle and small scale and teachers and students of colleges are surveyed. Taking enterprises needs as starting point,in view of students＇ comprehensive quality and professional common ability in their profession development, investigation is done on enterprises,teachers and students to deeply understand enterprises needs and evaluation on students,and also understand teachers and students＇ comprehend on enterprises needs. Results show that there are great differences on professional quality and profession ability judging standards among enterprises,teachers and students.
