摘要
钻孔灌注桩钢筋骨架套筒锥扣连接技术的优势虽然凸显,但由于现场对接时钢筋连接端定位偏差大,往往令对接失败,影响推广应用。利用定位模具和定位钢筋对钢筋骨架进行精准定位对接,有效地支持了套筒锥扣连接技术的优势,提高了工作效率。
Although the advantages of awl-shaped button connection technology of boring pile steel frame are obvious, the position deviation of end-to-end joint of the steel is large, which may cause end-to-end joint defeated. The application of the technology is limited. The adoption of position mould and position steel can accurately button up steels,and supplement awl-shaped button connection technology so as to raise working efficiency.
