This paper analyzes the embodiments and effects of cross-disciplinarity and multi-disciplinarity of information science,and expounds the cognition of multidisciplinary thinking and cross-disciplinary thinking,and based on analyzing the differences and relations between multi-disciplinarity and cross-disciplinarity of information science,and puts forward the opinion of getting more benefits through the cooperation between multi-disciplinarity and cross-disciplinarity of information science.
