医学研究生学术不端行为的调查分析及对策研究——以新疆医科大学为例

Survey Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Academic Misconducts of Medical Graduates——Taking Xinjiang Medical University as a Example

通过问卷调查探讨了新疆医科大学研究生当中存在的学术不端行为的现状及其原因,分析了研究生对学术不端行为的认识和了解,发现了研究生在学术道德失范方面存在的问题,提出了预防学术不端行为的有效途径,为高校师生在学术活动中的行为自律提供了相应的准则。

Through the questionnaire survey,this paper probes into the current situation and causes of the academic misconducts existing in the graduates of Xinjiang Medical University,analyzes graduates＇ cognition and understanding of academic misconducts,finds some weak links existing in graduates＇ academic immorality,and puts forward some effective paths for preventing the academic misconducts in order to provide corresponding rules for the self-discipline of behaviors of university teachers and students in academic activities.
