西南地区高校档案信息化现状——以西南地区四省/市部分高校为例

The Status Quo of Archives Informatization in Colleges and Universities in Southwest China——Taking Some Colleges and Universities in Four Provinces/Cities of Southwest China as the Examples

对西南四省/市35所本科院校档案信息化所需的基础设施、人才队伍、数字化资源、管理系统、网站建设及安保措施等进行了问卷调查,揭示了西南地区高校档案信息化现状及存在问题,提出了高校档案信息化发展的建议。

This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the basic facilities,talent team,digital resources,management system,website construction,and security measures,etc.needed by the archives informatization in 35 colleges and universities in four provinces/cities of Southwest China,reveals the status quo of and existing problems in the archives informatization in colleges and universities in Southwest China,and puts forward some suggestions on the future development of the archives informatization in colleges and universities.
