The historical process of the formation and development of populism is studied.The conflict between populism and Marxism at each stage of the process of sinicization of Marxism is presented.The importance of struggle with populism during the process of China adhering to the road of Marxism is summarized through the study on the struggles in each period after the founding of the People＇s Republic of China.The processing of the relationship between populism and development of China in the future is empirically reviewed.
