摘要
通过阐述铁路和公路快运现状,分析铁路快运产品存在市场竞争力不强、班列开行兑现率不高及快运产品开发策略不足等问题。在阐释"安能模式"及其对铁路快运启示的基础上,提出基于铁路动态物流联盟的产品开发策略,即按照动态物流联盟酝酿、组建、运行和解体4个阶段的生命周期理论,开展市场需求调研、合作伙伴选择、快运产品规划,通过物流企业间的协调运作,优化快运产品,降低物流成本,实现综合效益最大化。
Through expounding the status of railway and highway express logistics, this paper analyzes the problems existing in railway express products such as weak market competitiveness, low fulfilled rate of block trains and the deficiencies of development strategy of express products. Based on expounding "Ane Mode" and its revelation on railway express, the paper puts forward the product development strategy based on dynamic railway logistics alliance, which means carrying out the investigation of market demand, selection of partners and planning of express products in accordance with the life cycle theory of dynamic logistics alliance with 4 stages(the stages of planning, organizing, operating and disbanding). It would optimize express products and reduce logistic cost to maximize comprehensive benefit as a result of coordination among logistic enterprises.
