听课评价指标设计研究

摘要 作为高等学校内部教学质量监控体系重要环节的自主式教学督导制度,已经在所有高等学校建立起来,对各高等学校的教学质量和人才培养质量的提高起着重要作用。在督导的众多职责中,听课环节是必不可少的,通过听课这一环节,为教师提供共同交流和展示个人风采的平台,目的在于改进教学方法,提高教学质量。但如何有效评价一节课的教学效果,或者如何科学的设置听课评价指标是迫切需要解决的问题。目前的听课评价指标定性的多。不易操作,本文从可操作性角度出发,研究探讨听课评价指标的设计。 It is very important link as teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities, it is also autonomous teaching supervision system, it have been set up in all colleges and universities, to the quality of teaching and talent training quafity of institutions of higher learning, it plays an important role. In many responsibilities to supervise, link of attend a lecture is indispeusable, through this link, to provide a common platform for teachers and show personal style, aimed at improving teaching methods and teaching qnality. But how to effectively evaluate the effect of section, or set up the evaluation index for attend a lecture, now evaluation indexes is most of the qualitative. In this paper, from an operational perspective, research evaluation index of attend a lecture.
