摘要
通过对道路运输业节能减排评价指标体系优化方法对比分析,得出灰色关联分析法优于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,可避免评价信息的重复以及影响因素子集中因素个数的限制。从理论上分析了灰色关联均值化法的优化过程,建立了道路运输业节能减排评价指标体系,该体系涵盖交通行业管理、车辆结构、车辆运输能力、环境因素等8个方面共63个评价指标。在道路运输业节能减排指标体系的评价研究中运用灰色关联均值化法,在建立的道路运输评价体系中选取一个样本,从样本资料中确定最优参考序列,通过计算其它样本序列与最优参考序列的关联度,对节能减排评价目标进行综合分析,得出灰色关联均值化方法在道路运输业节能减排指标体系优化方面具有一定的优越性。
Comparison and analysis of the road transport energy conservation and emissions reduction evaluation index system optimization method,Grey Relational Analysis Method is superior to Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,which can avoid the restrictions on number of factors subset and the evaluation information repetition. Theoretically analyzed the optimization process of Grey Relational Analysis Method; Constructing evaluation index system of the road transportation energy conservation and emission reduction,a total of 63 evaluation index of the system,which is divided in eight aspects,such as vehicle structure,traffic management,vehicle transport capacity,environmental factors and so on. Study on the application of the Grey Relational Analysis Method in the evaluation of energy conservation and emission reduction index system of road transportation industry,a sample is selected from the established road transport evaluation system,the optimal reference sequence is determined from the sample data,by calculating the correlation degree of the sample sequence and the optimal reference sequence,to make comprehensive analysis of the energy saving and emission reduction evaluation target,it has some advantages in the optimization of the evaluation index system.
