高校教师职称评审制度是高校日常学术活动中的一个重要组成部分。它既包含了高校教学及学术资源的合理配置,也是对广大教师自我价值的认可与实现。现行职称制度对于发展和稳定我国专业技术人员队伍,促进科技、教育、文化、卫生事业的繁荣和发展,调动广大专业技术人员积极性,发挥专业技术人员作用等方面都起到了积极的作用。然而现在暴露出的种种弊端也说明,这项制度已经不适应现在的形势。新建本科高校切勿跟风,而应该在冷静地审视现有高校职称评审制度的基础上少走弯路,根据自身的特点来制定出最合理高效的职称评定制度。
