新办本科高校职称评定中绩效转换的必要性及操作性研究

摘要 高校教师职称评审制度是高校日常学术活动中的一个重要组成部分。它既包含了高校教学及学术资源的合理配置,也是对广大教师自我价值的认可与实现。现行职称制度对于发展和稳定我国专业技术人员队伍,促进科技、教育、文化、卫生事业的繁荣和发展,调动广大专业技术人员积极性,发挥专业技术人员作用等方面都起到了积极的作用。然而现在暴露出的种种弊端也说明,这项制度已经不适应现在的形势。新建本科高校切勿跟风,而应该在冷静地审视现有高校职称评审制度的基础上少走弯路,根据自身的特点来制定出最合理高效的职称评定制度。 Teacher Title Accreditation System in Colleges daily academic activities in universities is an important component. It includes academic teaching and the rational allocation of resources, colleges and universities, but also for the majority of teachers the recognition and realization of self-worth. Current title system for the development and stability of professional and technical staff, to promote the prosperity and development of science and technology, education, culture, public health, and to mobilize the enthusiasm of the vast number of professional and technical personnel, to play the role of professional and technical personnel and other aspects have played a positive role. Now, however, exposed the drawbacks also shows that the system no longer meet the current situation. New Universities do not follow suit, but should calmly look detours in existing universities title appraisal system basis, according to their own characteristics to develop the most reasonable and efficient job classification system.
