摘要
对2014级专科护理专业两个班级的护理药理学期末考试成绩进行了统计学分析,结果显示实验班平均成绩68.06±13.45,对照班57.11±14.28(P<0.01);调查问卷显示学生对基于护理工作过程护理药理学教学模式认同程度很高,这种教学模式提高了学生学习药理学的积极性、主动性,提高了学习成绩,同时能有效的使药理学知识与护理工作过程衔接起来,还能促进教师素质不断提高,是一种值得推广的教学方法。
We analyze statistically the final exam of nursing pharmacology of the experimental class and the control class in nursing profession of 2014. The average score of the experimental class is 68.06 and the score of the control class is 57.11(P〈0.05). Questionnaire shows that the students have higher recognized to nursing pharmacology teaching model base on nursing process. This teaching model improves students' enthusiasm and initiative of learning pharmacology, and it can improve academic performance, at the same time it effectively link up the pharmacology knowledge and the nursing work process. This teaching model continuously improve the quality of teachers, it is a worthy teaching methods.
