HL-2M托卡马克装置低温液氦系统的初步设计 被引量:5

摘要 根据中国核聚变研究的发展需要,核工业西南物理研究院正在建造HL-2M托卡马克装置作为等离子体物理和受控聚变工程技术研究的实验平台。依计划,HL-2M装置将采用低温液氦系统为三台中性束低温泵、两台环形低温泵以及一套电子回旋共振加热系统提供共500W@4.5K的冷却。该低温系统由氦液化车间,氦回收纯化循环系统和低温用户的供给分配系统三部分组成,将兼顾超临界氦冷却模式和迫流冷却两种模式。由于每个用户都有特殊的工作要求,除电子回旋共振加热系统外,该系统为每个用户配置了独立的复合传输管线和低温分配阀箱,以减少用户间的互相干涉,确保低温用户安全稳定的运行。文中对此低温系统进行了分析研究并作出初步设计。 According to the needs of the development of China's nuclear fusion research,Southwestern Institute of Physics( SWIP) is building a device of HL-2M as a plasma physics and controlled fusion engineering research experiment platform. In accordance with the plan of HL-2M device will use the liquid helium cryogenic system to provide a 500W@ 4. 5K cooling capacity for the three sets of neutral beam injection cryopumps,two sets of torus cryopumps and an electron cyclotron resonance heating( ECRH) system. The cryogenic system consists of the helium liquefaction plant,the recovery and purification cycle system and the cryogenic distribution system. It also has been taken into account the supercritical helium flow cooling and the two-phase flow cooling modes. As each user has a special requirement,in addition to the ECRH system,the cryogenic system provides a separate composite transmission line and the independent cryogenic distribution box,which reduce the mutual interference between the users,and to ensure its stability and safety. The study and the preliminary design on the cryogenic system were introduced in this paper.
