摘要
泄漏对单螺杆压缩机的性能有很大的影响,建立合理的泄漏模型可以很好的描述单螺杆压缩机在实际工作过程中的泄漏规律。文中回顾了近些年单螺杆压缩机泄漏模型的研究,首先,从泄漏工质的流态出发,对单螺杆压缩机泄漏模型的发展和应用现状进行了概述;其次,从泄漏通道复杂的空间几何结构出发,分三类进行整理讨论,详细地描述了各种泄漏模型的特点,并定性地分析了对应流量公式中的结构参数和物性参数;还简要论述了泄漏通道具体的工作条件对建立泄漏模型的影响,提出了多通道耦合的问题;最后,对单螺杆压缩机今后泄漏的研究方向提出设想。通过对单螺杆压缩机泄漏模型的总结分析,为单螺杆压缩机的深入研究提供理论指导,同时为单螺杆膨胀机的泄漏研究提供方法参考。
Leakage has a great influence on the performance of a single screw compressor. Establishing reasonable leakage models can well describe the leakage law of single screw compressor in the practical working process. The research in leakage model of single screw compressor in the past few years was reviewed. Firstly,Leakage model of single screw compressor on the history and current application situation was summarized from the flow regime of the leakage working medium perspective. Secondly,from the complicated three-dimensional geometry of leakage path,characteristic of every leakage model was described in detail after dividing into three parts. Structure and physical parameters in corresponding flow rate formula were also qualitatively analyzed. Then,specific working conditions in leakage path affecting the construction of leakage model were briefly discussed and a multi-channel coupling problem has been proposed. Finally,the direction in the future research of single screw compressors' leakage was put forward. Summary and analysis of leakage model of single screw compressor can provide theoretical guidance for further study of the single screw compressor and for method references of leakage research in the single screw expander.
