Design of a Ka-band cryogenic LNA

摘要 介绍了Ka波段低温低噪声放大器的设计和试验结果。在物理温度20K的环境下,在4GHz频率范围内,噪声温度小于27K,增益大于18.5d B。 This paper presented a Ka-band cryogenic low noise amplifier verified by experiment. The measurement results show that the gain is higer than 18. 5d B and the noise temperture is lower than 27 K within frequency range of 4GHz in the environment of 20 K physical temperture.
