As the technology of frozen egg is growing mature, the application range of the frozen eggs is also expanding. After the news of the film star-- Xu Jinglei＇s going to the United States to freeze eggs was exposed to public attention, single female＇s egg freezing had become a diversified and controversial issue of the present days.This paper, based on the discussions of ethical and legal issues related to single women＇s frozen eggs, aims to rationally facing single women＇s frozen eggs, making up, improving and optimizing the management of frozen eggs,and making clear single women＇s legal protection, etc.
