摘要
本文运用文献分析法、访谈法以及问卷调查法等,采用整群抽样和随机抽样的方法,对C市五所三级甲等医院的相关医护人员和普通群众以及C市内的四家大众媒体,进行了问卷调查,对医护人员、患者及其家属以及新闻媒体对医院暴力事件的认知进行实证调查,分析了医院暴力产生的原因及法律规制,指出存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。
In this paper, by using literature analysis, interview, and questionnaire survey method, adopting the method of cluster sampling and random sampling, the author delivered questionnaires to relevant staff in five first-class hospitals and the general public as well as four mass media in C city, investigated medical staff, patients, their families and the news media＇s perception of hospital violence empirically, analyzed the causes of the hospital violence and related laws and regulations, pointed out the existing problems and put forward corresponding suggestions.
