模拟法庭中医学与法学融合式教学法探索

Probe into Teaching Method Integrating Medicine with Jurisprudence in Moot Court

为打破医学和法学教育割裂的局面,培养医学院校大学生法律素养,在传统理论教学之外应加强医学与法学的融合式教学法的适用。本文以一起医疗损害案件模拟法庭教学的设计和过程为例,阐明医学与法学融合式教学的理念和实施细则,以期加强医事法学实践教学的开展,使广大医学生和法学生受益。

To break the fragmented situation of medicine and law education, cultivate medical college students＇ legal literacy, the application of the teaching method integrating medicine with jurisprudence should be strengthened besides the traditional theory teaching. Taking moot court teaching design and process of a medical damage case as an example, this paper illustrated the ideas and detailed implementation rules of the teaching method integrating medicine with jurisprudence, expecting to strengthen the practice teaching in medical law, and benefit medical students and law students.
