摘要
"更中国化"是民国时期中国基督教教育所面临的主要问题,华东基督教教育会通过自己组织调整、加深与华东教育界的联系、积极回应政府的认可诉求,引导华东基督教教育走向国家教育系统。当"中国化"由理想变成现实时,尽管各方对于基督教教育"中国化"的认识存有分歧,但木已成舟,华东基督教教育会博弈空间有限,这是由中国人主导建构中国化教育体制的必然趋势。
"Localization" was the main problem facing Chinese Christian Education during the Republic of China period. Through its own organization adjustment, more active interaction with the east China educational circles, and their positive response to the government's approval, the East China Educational Association led the east China Christian Education to the state education system. When "localization" became reality, it found there were different of understandingsin different parties of the Christian Education in China. But that was too late, because there was only limited room for the maneuvering of the East China Educational Association. This was an inevitable trend for the Chinese to lead the construction of Chinese education system.
