风貌规划发展的探索与思考

Exploration of Cityscape Planning Progress

随着我国城镇化发展的要求,风貌规划再次成为规划关注的课题。文章对国内外风貌规划的发展阶段、规划内容、理论研究、实践情况以及规划层次和框架等进行了系统梳理,总结出我国风貌规划研究的理论特点与实践特点。研究认为,当前城市风貌规划研究是涉及多学科的系统性研究,风貌规划实践具有层次性。而在具体实践中,仍存在动态性不足、系统性薄弱及定量分析不充分等问题,由此提出风貌规划未来研究的方向与侧重点。

With the rapid development of China＇s urbanization process,cityscape planning again reaches the top concern of the planning. This thesis summarized the theoretical characteristics and practical features of cityscape planning by elaborating its development stage both at home and abroad,its planning content,relevant theoretical research,practical conditions as well as planning levels and frameworks systematically. The thesis concluded that current cityscape planning is a multidisciplinary systematic study,with multileveled practice. However,there are still lack of dynamics,systematic weaknesses and inadequate quantitative analysis in practice. According to these current problems,directions and emphasis of future research are mainly proposed in this thesis.
