摘要
从某种意义上,大学是社会的精神引领,但而今大学对人文精神的塑造和关注渐进式微,典型表现为过分关注科学技术进步、人生价值观的偏离以及缺乏创新动力等,人文精神的缺失日渐成为履行教育使命目标的重要羁绊。在"人类生存与价值的关怀"这一普适的人文精神框架下,研究型大学的情境赋予了人文精神更为具体的内涵,即融合科学求真精神、塑造自由人格精神和培育学术创新精神。在国防科学技术大学新生研讨课程教学实践过程中,通过探讨新生研讨课与人文精神重构关联性,阐释实施人文精神重构的新教育模式,并论证了这一教育模式对人文精神重构的积极作用。
In a sense,the university is the spiritual guidance of the society. However,the cultivation of the human spirit is located in the secondary position in the university. Absence of humanistic spirit embodied in the following: too much attention to scientific and technological progress,deviation life values and lack of innovation and motivation and so on. Indeed,Lack of humanism is becoming the huge obstacles during the development of the university. In the universal human spirit framework,the research-riented university gives more specific meaning: integration of scientific truth-eeking spirit,shaping the free spirit personality,foster academic innovation. In the freshman seminar of the National Defense Science and Technology University,we discuss reconstruction between the human spirit and the freshman seminar,study the neweducation model and demonstrate the positive role of the neweducation model for the reconstruction of human spirit.
