摘要 维果茨基认为学生的发展存在最近发展区,笔者认为教师教学也有最近发展区,它也包括两种水平:一种是教师原有水平,即知识、能力和素养;另一种教学所要求达到的水平,即教学的三维目标:知识与技能,过程与方法,情感态度与价值观。教学最终能否完美达标,必须回归到"教学最近发展区"的原点。本文主要涉及的是关于教师原有水平的思考,从知识、能力和素养三个衡量标准出发。教师自身地不断发展,有助于教师的教学活动,才能最终指向于学生的个人发展。 Just as Vygotsky said " there exists a zone of proximal development of students",the writer holds that there exists a zone of proximal development of teacher's instruction as well. The zone has two levels: first is the origin state of teacher,that's to say knowledge,ability and attainment of teacher; the other is the required state of instruction,the three-dimensional target of teaching,that's to say,knowledge and skill,process and method,emotion attitude and values. Whether the aims of instruction can be successfully reached or not depends on the return of origins of the zone of proximal development of instruction. This article mainly refers to the thinking of the origin state of teachers by the accordance of three reference points: knowledge,ability and attainment. The continuous development of teacher himself can contribute to teaching activity,and ultimately devote to the individual growth of students.
