摘要
公共管理学是一门实践性、应用性较强的学科,在其教学中强调学生的思辩能力和综合素质。辩论式案例教学以其激发学生参与课堂积极性、提高学生辩论、问题分析、问题解决能力的优势在公共管理学科教学中发挥着重要作用。探讨了辩论式案例教学相对于传统教学、一般案例教学的优越性,从教学目标、教师能力、学科特性及学科教学4个维度分析了其应用的必要性,从教学的准备、实施和总结反馈3个阶段论述了其具体的应用过程,并总结出辩论式案例教学在实际应用中应注意的3个问题,为其具体应用提供优化策略。
Public management is a practical,applied strong discipline,in the teaching emphasis on speculative ability and comprehensive quality and ability of students. Debate the case teaching to stimulate students' participation in classroom,to improve students' debate,problem analysis and problem solving ability advantages in public management plays an important role in the teaching. This paper discusses the argument type case teaching compared with traditional teaching,case teaching,the advantages of general from the teaching objectives,teachers ability,characteristics and disciplines teaching four dimensions analysis the necessity of its application,from the teaching preparation,implementation,feedback and summarizes the three stages of the specific application process is discussed,and sums up the argument type case teaching three problems that should be paid attention to in practical application,provide optimization strategy for the specific application.
