摘要 通过对机械类本科生导师制实施过程中培养模式、评价体系以及保障制度等方面的探索,找出影响导师制的实际因素,提出适合我国高校发展现状的本科生导师制运行模式。基于学生、导师个性与知识结构的多样化、复杂性,着重分析基于导师制的机械类专业弹性制人才培养模式构建策略。在此基础上,建立面向于学生与导师综合效应对学校、社会的贡献程度以及导师制实施过程、结果的多元化导师制评价体系。继而从培养与激励两方面、制度与实践两层次,构建出有效的导师制保障制度。研究成果将为高校培养创新性人才提供参考。 By exploring the mechanical undergraduates' training mode,evaluation system and security system in the implementation of tutorial system,the actual factors influencing the tutorial system was found. And then,a newoperation mode of tutorial system was put forward to adapt to the universities' development. Considering the diversity and complexity of personality and knowledge structure between tutors and students,an elastic training model was analyzed in mechanical major. Based on these,a diversified tutorial evaluation system was later established. It can not only well evaluate the effect of tutorial system in the process of implementation,but also can well evaluate the comprehensive effect's contribution to the schools and social. After that,a effective security system based on the tutorial system was finally build by considering about the training,motivation,system and practice. All of these will provide some references for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents.
