血管内超声评估冠状动脉重构的研究进展 被引量:3

Advances of evaluating coronary artery remodeling by intravascular ultrasound

摘要 血管内超声(intravascularultrasound,IVUS)是利用超声反射成像原理,通过插入血管腔内的超声导管观察血管壁组织形态学特征的介入型超声技术。由于它弥补了冠状动脉造影(coronaryangiography,CAG)不能显示管壁的不足,逐渐发展成为除CAG以外非常重要的诊断工具。目前,IVUS主要用于冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块尤其是易损斑块的识别、心肌桥的诊断、介入治疗效果的评估、药物治疗对斑块影响的评价、冠状动脉重构(冠脉重构)的判断等。利用IVUS评估冠脉重构,并用于指导冠心病的临床治疗目前正处于探索阶段。本文就IVUS在评估冠脉重构中的应用做一综述。
