摘要
文中主要介绍广本雅阁轿车MCLA平行轴式自动变速器的基本结构和工作原理,重点分析了各档动力传递路线、电控系统和液压系统。阐述了该变速器故障诊断与排除的一般思路,介绍了基本检查和试验过程,并对检测工具的使用进行了说明。以一台雅阁轿车的自动变速器换挡电磁阀接线错误导致发动机空转的故障为例,分析了故障检修的详细步骤和方法。最后进行了维修经验总结,并就解决此类故障提出了建议。
This paper introduces the basic structure and working principles of MCLA parallel shaft automatic trans-mission in Honda Accord sedan, focusing on the analyzing the stall power transmission line, electrical control system and hydraulic system. Then the paper describes the general ideas for transmission troubleshooting, the basic inspec-tion and testing process, and the instructions of detecting tools, followed by a case to demonstrate the detailed proce-dures and methods for fault diagnostics and maintenance in an Accord sedan, in which an engine idling fault oc-curred due to the shift solenoid valve wiring error. Finally, a maintenance summary is provided and some suggestions were given for such engine faults.
