教学质量国家标准背景下本科专业人才培养方案的探索——以能源与动力工程为例

Probing into the Undergraduate Curriculum in the Framework of National Standards of Teaching——A Case Study of Energy and Power Engineering Program

通过理论研究明确了教学质量国家标准的通识教育本质与特色办学本质。分析探索不同层次、不同类型高校能源与动力工程专业建设与人才培养方案(主要是课程体系)的特点。提出由教学指导委员会主持,将课程体系按通识教育模块与特色教育模块分类,同时满足教学质量国家标准的标准化要求与各高校特色办学的差异性要求。通识教育模块由公共基础模块与一级学科基础模块构成,由教指委负责制定;特色教育模块则由专业模块与前修模块组成,由各高校自行制定。

It is specified that General education and characteristic education are the essence of national standards for teaching in the theoretical research. This paper analyzes the characteristics of major construction and training curricu-lum for energy and power engineering in different universities and puts forward that course system should be classi-fied into general sections and characteristic sections to satisfy the uniform requirement of national teaching standard characteristic education simultaneously. General education section, composing common basic courses and disci-pline section, should be set up by the discipline teaching committee. While the Characteristic education, including major courses and pre-studied courses, should be set up by the universities themselves.
