摘要
湖北交通职业技术学院与宝马(中国)培训学院联合成立了宝马培训基地。文中通过对宝马零件训练营的基本情况、培训模式、培训方法等特点的分析,结合当前快递物流专业的培养特点,提出"七学期、四段式"的"232"工学结合教学组织模式,并总结出适合该专业的授课方法、评价模式,以期为快递物流或相关专业人才培养提供参考。
The BMW training base wasco- founded by Hubei Communications Technical College and BMW(Chi-na) . This paper, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the BMW parts camp mode and training methods, puts forward the"seven semester, four segment"and"232"combination of teaching organization mode, and summa-rizes the suitable teaching methods, evaluation model for the Logistics program, aiming at providing a reference for the express logistics and related programs.
