现代职业教育背景下构建校企一体化育人模式的思考

On Constructing College-enterprise Integrated Education Mode in Modern Vocational Education

校企合作是职业教育发展的必由之路,校企合作育人是校企合作的重要内容,校企一体化育人是校企合作育人的最高形式和最终目标。文章分析了校企合作育人的现状并进行了反思,对在现代职业教育背景下构建校企一体化育人模式进行了思考。

College-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable way for the development of vocational education. As an important part of such cooperation, college-enterprise integrated education is the highest form and ultimate pursuit of college-enterprise education. This paper analyzes the current situation in this issue and makes some reflection on con-structing college-enterprise integrated education mode in modern vocational education.
