摘要
"双师型"教师队伍建设是我国高职教育发展中面临的一个重要课题。而双师素质养成教育更需要客观合理的顶层设计、科学系统的培训平台、行之有效的激励机制、政校企合作共赢的环境及完善的评价体系。
Developing of Double-qualified Teachers is an important issue in the development of Higher Vocational Education in China. The development of double-qualified teachers'synthetical quality calls for an objective and rea-sonable top-level design, a scientific and systematic training platform, the effective incentive mechanism, the win-win environment for political, school and enterprise cooperation and a refined evaluation system.
