Research on Geography Information Governmental Service Platform

自2009年湖南省地理信息政务服务平台建设以来,为满足平台建设的需求,作者在湖南省地理信息公共服务平台政务版软件的开发中针对存在的问题,重点对数据建模、地名地址数据处理、电子地图配图、前置数据交换模式等关键技术进行了探讨,最大程度上保证平台数据的完整性、现势性、准确性和一致性,最大限度地体现湖南的地理国情,较好地满足了地理信息资源共享和交换的需求。

In order to satisfy the needs of geography information governmental affairs in Hunan province service platform construction, the project team studied a series of key technologies in the development of geographic information government service platform software, and carried out the technologies in data modeling, toponymy and address data processing, electronic map symbolic representation, and preposition exchange mode. The platform presented integrity, situation, accuracy and consistency of data in the largest degree, with maximum limit embodied the geography state of Hunan, and satisfied the needs of sharing and communication of geography information resourses.
