摘要 消费驱动意味着在经济的需求动力结构中消费应获得更长足的发展,以培育起国内市场为主导的经济发展内生能力,经济"新常态"应培育起内需(消费)驱动型经济。新常态下消费需求虽已抬头,但消费驱动型经济发展模式的形成仍然面临系列障碍:非均衡的发展战略、停滞的收入分配改革、不健全的社保体系和发展滞后的消费金融等。新常态下应贯彻均衡协调发展战略、深化收入分配体制改革、健全社会保障体系和大力发展消费金融等,化解消费驱动发展模式形成的系列障碍,创新驱动消费,从而推进我国经济发展方式转变。 Consumption driving means that consumption should obtain more rapid development in the demand driving force structure. The aim of it is to develop an endogenous ability which is directed dominantly by the domestic market. The new normal should cultivate an endogenous consumption driving kind of economy. Currently, although the consumption demand has presented its tendency, the consumption driving development model is still facing with a series of obstacles, including imbalanced development strategies, stagnated income distribution reform,imperfect social security system and under-developed consumption finance. Therefore, we should implement balanced and coordinating development strategy, reform the income distribution system, improve the social security system, develop the consumer finance, and promote consumption by innovation, so as to promote the change of economic development mode in China.
