摘要
考察了改革开放以来中国留学生回流的总体发展趋势,重点分析了21世纪以来中国留学生回流呈现的新特点,并从经济发展、收入水平、科教发展、对外开放、政策制度和社会文化等方面研究了影响中国留学生回流的主要因素。研究表明,中国已进入人才回流时代,今后应采取有效措施,大力吸引留学生回流,为实现创新驱动发展战略提供智力支持。
The article examined the overall development trend of Chinese overseas students' returning since the reform and opening up, and particularly analyzed some new characteristics witnessed in the 21 st century. From perspectives of economic development, income level, science and education development, opening to the outside world, policy system, social and cultural, the article illustrated the main factors influencing the returning of Chinese overseas students. The results show that China has entered the talent returning time and we should take effective measures to vigorously attract overseas students to return, thus provide intellectual support for the innovation-driven development strategy in the future.
