摘要
本文研究了一种无桥Pseudo-Boost功率因数校正(Power Factor Correction,PFC)变换器,解决了传统Boost PFC变换器存在二极管整流桥导通损耗大、效率较低的问题。详细分析了电路拓扑工作于电感电流断续模式(Discontinuous Current Mode,DCM)的工作原理和稳态特性,变换器具有传统Boost PFC相似的升压特性。分析了变换器的输入电流和功率因数值,基于其输入、输出电流特性,建立了系统的小信号模型,并设计了简单可行的控制电路。最后仿真分析表明,变换器输出电压稳定,输入电流能很好地跟踪输入电压,功率因数大于0.99,达到了功率因数校正的目的。
A bridgeless Pseudo-Boost power factor correction(PFC) converter is studied in the paper, which solves the problem of diode rectifier bridge great conducting loss and low efficiency in traditional Boost PFC converter. The principle and steady-state character of the converter in discontinuous current mode is analyzed. The voltage transfer ratio of the converter is similar to the traditional Boost PFC. AC input current and power factor value is analyzed. Based on the input and output current, the small signal model of the converter is built and the feasible control circuit is designed. Finally, the simulation analysis display that the output voltage is steady, input current can keep track of the input voltage waveforms well, the power factor is more than 0.99 and achieve the function of PFC.
