Acute kidney injury is a common and serious complication associated with cardiac surgey and requires dialysis in 1%-15% of the cases. Early blood purification can improve renal function. Except intermittent hemodialysis and continuous blood purification, hybrid renal replacement therapy including sustained low-efficiency hemodialysis has occurred.
