维生素D及其受体基因多态性与代谢综合征关系 被引量:4

Relationship between vitamin D and its receptor and metabolic syndrome

摘要 维生素D是人体必需营养物质,其不仅影响钙磷代谢,近年来研究发现其与代谢综合征各组分有明显相关性,即与肥胖、血脂、血压、胰岛素分泌、胰岛素抵抗及血糖均呈负相关关系。而维生素D受体基因多态性亦被发现与代谢综合征明显相关。但维生素D及其受体基因多态性与代谢综合征之间的相关性及机制尚未完全明确,因此,本文就三者的关系作一综述,为探索预防和治疗代谢综合征的靶点提供线索。 Vitamin D is an essential nutrient, which affects the calcium and phosphorus metabolism, recent studies found that it is obviously correlated with the components of metabolic syndrome, it is inversely associated with obesity, blood lipids, blood pressure, insulin secretion, insulin resistance and glucose. Vitamin D receptor(VDR) gene polymorphisms was also found to be associated with metabolic syndrome significantly. The correlation and the mechanism between vitamin D and VDR gene polymorphisms and metabolic syndrome is not fully clear, in order to provide clues and information to find the target of the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome, this review summarized the relationships between them.
