足内侧隐神经营养血管皮瓣远端蒂的临床应用

目的总结足内侧隐神经营养血管皮瓣远端蒂的临床效果。方法回顾分析18例应用足内侧隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复足趾远端拇趾缺如及皮肤软组织缺损患者的情况。结果 15例完全成活;3例远端出现淤紫水疱,经换药创面痊愈。术后随访6个月~3年,皮瓣色泽正常,无溃破,弹性感觉好。结论应用足内侧隐神经营养血管远端蒂皮瓣具有血运可靠、方法便行、不损伤主要血管,是修复足趾远端缺损的一种理想方法。

Objective To summarize the medial saphenous neurocutaneous vascular flap distally of the clinical effects. Methods A retrospective analysis with foot medial saphenous neurocutaneous vascular flap to repair distal toe toe and the absence of skin and soft tissue defects in 18 cases. Results 15 cases survived completely; three cases of distal silt purple blisters appear, after dressing wounds healed. Patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, the flap color and normal, no ulceration, flexible feel good. Conclusion Medial distal saphenous neuroeutaneous vascular flap has reliable blood supply, and it do not damage the main blood vessels to repair defect distal toe an ideal way.
