中西医结合治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血

目的观察中西医结合治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床效果。方法选取80例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者为研究对象,将其随机平均分为2组(n=40),对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,观察组在此基础上加用乌及散加味治疗,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组40例患者中,显效33例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率97.5%;对照组40例患者中,显效27例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率87.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合方法治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血,获得治疗效果显著优于单纯西药治疗效果,可以较好的提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of non-variceal gastrointestinal tract bleeding treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Eighty cases of non-variceal gastrointestinal tract bleeding were randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and observation group （40 cases） combined wujisan powder treatment was given to the observation group while pantoprazole was given to the control group, observe the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups. Results 33 cases were markedly improved in the observation group 40 cases, effective 6 cases,ineffective 1 case,the Total effective rate was 97.5%; 27 cases were markedly improved in the coutrol group 40 cases, effective 8 cases, ineffective 5 case, the total effective rate was 87.5%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of non-Variceal gastrointestinal tract bleeding is much better than the only westen medicine, it can improve the clinical efficacy.
