吉安县2014年手足口病疫情分析

目的通过对吉安县2014年的手足口病疫情进行分析,了解本县手足口病的流行现状,为今后手足口病防控提供科学依据。方法选取2014年1月~2014年12月吉安县收治的814例手足口病患者资料进行分析,利用《传染病报告信息管理系统》中的手足口病数据、实验室采样检测结果及县统计局年鉴中人口信息进行流行病学描述性分析,研究吉安县2014年手足口病疫情。结果 2014年共报告814例手足口病,均为散发病例,其中0~2岁人群占手足口病总数的86.24%,本县0~2岁组人群的发病率为27.2‰。结论儿童成为本县手中足口病发的主要人群,相关部门应该加强对家长或监护人的健康教育对手足口病的防控减少重症病例发生尤为重要,降低手足口病疾病发生率。

Objective To analyze epidemic in Ji＇an county through the 2014 foot-and-mouth disease, the epidemic situation of our county＇s understanding of hand foot and mouth disease, to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control of the future of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods Through the use of ＂infectious disease report management information system＂ in the hand foot mouth disease data, laboratory sample testing results and the County Bureau of Statistics Yearbook of population information descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results In 2014 were reported 814 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease, are sporadic cases, where 0-2 year-olds accounted for 86.24% of the total number of foot and mouth disease, the incidence of the county 0-2 age group population was 27.2%0. Conclusion The children into the hands of the county population is mainly made of foot and mouth disease, the relevant departments should strengthen the health education of parents or guardians of foot and mouth disease prevention and control is particularly important to reduce the occurrence of severe cases, to reduce the incidence of disease foot and mouth disease.
