品管圈在提高护士输血规范率中的应用

Application of quality control circle in improving the blood transfusion standardized rate

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)的应用对提高护士输血规范率的影响。方法该院血液内科于2013年8月开展QCC活动,通过QCC活动步骤,运用质量管理常用工具对输血操作过程中存在问题进行改进,并将改进前后状况进行比较。结果至2014年2月,护士输血操作规范率由72.0%提高到93.2%,住院患者满意度明显提高。此外,圈员的QCC手法应用、团队精神、责任荣誉、活动信心、沟通协调能力均有明显提高。结论 QCC活动显著提高了护士输血规范率,提高了护理质量。

Objectve To explore the effects of the quality control circle（QCC）application for improving the blood transfusion standardized rate. Methods The QCC activities were carried out on August 2013. Through the QCC activity steps, the common quality management tools were applied to improve the problems existing during the blood transfusion process, then the status was compared between before and after improvement. Results The blood transfusion standardized rate of nurses was increased from 72.0% to 93.2% until February 2014, the inpatients satisfaction was significantly increased. In addition, the QCC method application of Qcc members,team spirit,responsibility and honor,activity confidence, communication and coordination ability were significantly increased. Conclusion The QCC activities significantly increase the blood transfusion standardized rate of nurses and improve the nursing quality.
