原发性皮肤弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(腿型)1例 被引量：1

摘要 非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）约占所有淋巴瘤的80%-90%,弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）是NHL中最常见的亚型,占所有NHL的30%-40%,亚洲国家一般大于40%,且呈逐年上升趋势。DLBCL可原发于淋巴结或结外器官,超过50%的患者诊断时已有结外病变侵犯,最常见的结外病变部位是胃肠道和骨髓。
