摘要
针对舰载机可修复备件配置问题,提出了基于体系思想和体系工程的备件资源优化方法。首先,对舰载机装备体系进行了研究,分析了舰载机装备体系的3种基本组成结构;其次,运用体系工程方法,研究了舰载机装备体系3种基本结构的备件优化配置模型;最后,基于舰载机装备体系基本结构备件配置模型,运用多级Vari-Meric理论和边际优化方法进行了实例分析,并通过与其他方法的比较分析,验证了方法的合理性和有效性。
According to inventory allocation problem for carrier-based aircraft repairable spare parts in the multi-level, multi-items construction, an optimal allocation method is put forward based on system of system ideas and engineering. First, the carrier-based aircrafts systems of systems is described, three basic component structures are analyzed. Then, the spare parts optimal allocation models of the three basic component structures of carrier-based aircrafts systems of systems are given based on systems of systems engineering. Finally, an application example of basic component structure of carrier-based aircraft systems of systems is provided based on the Vari-Metric theory and marginal optimal method. Through the comparison with other methods in the example, the rationality and validity of method is verified.
