高可靠计算机MFOP的设计与验证

摘要 针对传统可靠性指标在计算机设计中所受质疑,提出了用MFOP进行计算机高可靠设计的思路。首先,论述了计算机提高MFOP的通用和专用设计方法,其次,在加速系数不明确的情况下,针对高可靠计算机提出了基于加速验证试验方案的非参数统计方法。再次,在加速系数明确的情况下,通过试验设计将MFOP验证过程转化为二项分布的可靠性验证试验验证过程。最后,通过两个算例对验证方法进行了说明。 The traditional reliability index is often questioned in the computer design, so this paper put forword a idea of using MFOP for high reliability computer design. First of all,general and special design methods are discussed to improve the MFOP of the computer, secondly, in the case of acceleration coefficient is not clear,this paper presents a non parametric statistical method based on accelerated verification test scheme for high reliability computer. thirdly, in the case of acceleration coefficient is clear,the MFOP verification is conversed to a reliability verification test of binomial distribution through experimental design. Finally,simulation example is illustrated to validate the methods.
