摘要
轴承振动是发电机组励磁机在运行中较为常见的问题之一,引起励磁机轴承振动原因有多种。通过对某公司25 MW发电机组励磁机振动原因技术分析,认为引起励磁机振动主要原因之一的是转子不平衡。经现场动平衡检测配重并采取配套措施,振动超标故障得以消除。
Bearing vibration was a common problem in the operation of the generator exciter. There were many reasons that caused bearing vibration of exciter. Based on the technical analysis of a company's 25 MW generator exciter vibration,rotor unbalance was the main reason to cause vibration exciter. Balance test weight and other supporting measures were used to eliminate vibration fault.
