摘要
文章通过对软件服务外包人才需求分析,根据高校计算机专业学生就业工作存在的问题,进行毕业生就业问题研究,意在能够根据当前的就业形势,及时提出有建设性的意见,提高毕业生的就业率和就业的满意度。
This article makes a study of employment of graduates through the analysis of the talents needs of the software service outsourcing. Based on the current employment situation, the author puts forward constructive suggestions to improve the employment rate of graduates and employment satisfaction.
