摘要
目前,中国各大钢厂烧结机头除尘灰均存在不同程度的碱金属和重金属超标现象。很多企业将这部分固废直接返回烧结使用,致使有害元素循环富集,严重影响除尘效率、烧结矿质量以及高炉的顺行。提出了一种机头电除尘灰资源化方法,采用水浸、磁选、过滤、蒸发等工艺,去除其中的有害元素,并开发出二次提纯结晶的方法,将KCl质量分数由93.0%提高到99.8%,成倍地增加了其经济价值,为烧结机头除尘灰资源化处理提供了新的路线。
At present,there are different levels of alkali metals and heavy metals over standard phenomenon in the sinter-ing dust of many major steel companies. Many companies return the solid waste to sintering directly,resulting in circula-tion and accumulation of harmful elements,which will affect the collection efficiency,sinter quality,and the anterograde of blast furnace seriously. The current study proposes a method of recycling electric dust of sintering machine in iron and steel enterprises. a series of methods,including water immersion,magnetic separation,filtration,evaporation and so on, are applied to remove the harmful elements in the sintering dust. A crystallization method of purifying,is developed which can increase the mass percent of KCl from 93.0%to 99.8%,exponentially increase economic value,and provide a new route for recycling the sintering dust of machine head.
