摘要
在用清洗剂对热轧油泥常温除油过程中,加入冷轧碱泥提高碱度以增强清洗效果,再加入冷轧酸泥破乳除油,不仅使热轧油泥除油后回收利用,而且使冷轧碱泥和冷轧酸泥混合后没有腐蚀性。3种污泥清洗后沉淀泥样的全铁质量分数为62.82%,可作为烧结原料使用,变废为宝。该方法不产生任何二次污染。给出了3种污泥综合处理实验室优化参数,进一步探讨了这些污泥工业化综合处理工艺,为热轧油泥除油和热轧油泥、冷轧酸泥、冷轧碱泥无害化资源化利用提供了新的技术路线。
During the process of removing the oil in sludge using cleaning agent,current practice added the cold rolling alkali sludge to enhance the cleanout effect,and then added the cold rolling acid sludge for demulsification. The process not only could reuse the sludge after removing the oil,but also made the mixture of the sludge become noncorrosive. The total content of Fe element was 62.82%in the sludge sample after cleaning,which could be used as the sintering raw ma-terial. This method could avoid the secondary pollution. A novel comprehensive utilization technique was reported. Opti-mized experimental parameter and feasibility of comprehensive dispose of sludge bearing iron scales resulted from rolling were also introduced in this paper.
