基于网络分析法的私用驾驶员飞行能力评估

Flight capacity evaluation of private pilot based on analytic network process

飞行教员如何正确评估飞行学员,从而在飞行训练中有针对性地进行指导,帮助飞行学员在飞行训练中养成良好的飞行习惯,对提高飞行员的培养质量、促进中国民航飞行安全具有重大意义。本文分析了传统的私用驾驶员飞行实践能力标准,建立了私用驾驶员飞行实践能力评估模型,引入了定性和定量分析相结合的多准则决策方法——网络层次分析法(ANP)来量化评价指标,通过计算分析,找出评估私照驾驶员飞行实践能力的关键指标。研究表明,该方法有助于客观、有效地评估私用驾驶员的飞行实践能力,促进优秀驾驶员的培养。

It is important for flight instructors to evaluate student pilots accurately and develop a training program aiming at shortcomings of them and help to improve the flight safety. A multiple attribute decision making method （ANP, analytic network process） is introduced to set up the practical evaluation model of private pilots＇ flight capacity on the basis of Practical Test Standards （PTS）, and then all the evaluation indices and their weights are figured out by using superdecision. Results help to evaluate the practical capacity of student pilots accurately.
