摘要 在化工生产过程中,需要做好工艺安全设计工作,这也是保证化工生产安全、稳定进行的有效措施。做好设计与优化工作,可以规避生产中的危险因素,还可以保证化工生产操作的规范性,从而降低安全事故发生的概率。化工生产由于涉及较多的化工原料,其本身具有一定的危险性,为了保证生产顺利进行,应加强对生产过程管控的力度。化工企业的管理者应针对化工生产中常见的问题,制定出科学有效的对策,从而保证生产环境的安全性。本研究对化工工艺安全危险判断的重要性进行了分析,对判断的标准进行了探讨,提出了解决化工工艺危险因素的对策,以供参考。 In chemical production process, safety design is the effective measure to ensure the safety of chemical production and stable undertaken. Design and optimization can avoid risk factors in the production, and ensure normalization of chemical production operation, thereby reducing the probability of accidents. Process control should be strengthened to reduce the r isk. Managers should focus on common problems in production, take effective measures to ensure production safety? This study analyzed the importance of judgment on safety hazards, and proposed measures to solve chemical risk factors.
